Spare Karts Refund and Cancellation Policy

We stand behind our products and we want to ensure you be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of our customers. For all printer parts, copier parts, plotter parts, Desktop Parts refund is issued for defective products purchased within 7 days from the date of purchase. If you are ever receive defective products and services than don’t worry, the return/refund process is easy! Please email Us and we will process your return/refund with in 72 hours it will take 10-15 days to reflect in your account

All Other Products – Printer Parts, Copier Parts, Plotter Parts, Desktop Parts

  • All printer parts, copier parts, plotter parts carry 15-days warranty. if you want to increase warranty period than email us
  • For all printer parts, copier parts, plotter parts, Desktop Parts refund is issued for defective products purchased within 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days no refund or credit will be issued. Return of good quality products is subject to 20% restock fee. NO shipping charges will be refunded.
  • No Warranty On Print-head, cartridges, and all type of refilling Parts. We will provide you genuine part, we guarantee for that only.
  1. If a product is received and is in defective condition ( Dead On Arrival ) or damaged the product will be replaced with a new product. Please make Video While opening Box For any part Replace or Refund, if you open box without video and you found damage part than we are not able to replace or refund . If you have video than please send  back to sparekarts.com with all original packing and accessories with no damage to serial numbers. NO shipping charges will be refunded.
  2. Once the product is received We will test to see if the product is Dead on Arrival and inspect the product for any damages due to misuse, burn outs or wrong handling which Warranty does not cover, and after which if the product is found to be defective we will get a new replacement from the brand and send it with shipping charges paid by us. In case a replacement is not available an alternate will be suggested or a full refund will be done.
  3.  In Motherboard and Smps no return acceptable, if product is faulty you can replace any time with in warranty period ( ON BURNT and damage Return not acceptable).
  4. We request to all our customer make box opening video it will help you if you receive some wrong product or damage product, without video we cannot do anything.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {[email protected]} and send your item to Our Store location If you Receive different product as per order, or you want some differ product than you can replace item, But after receive we can replace only, you have to send courier from local courier. ( Note: Please send item in same original condition Please don’t open the Seal) After Receive with in 24-48 hour we can dispatch, If parcel not dispatched with in committed time than you can Ask for refund.
